I have moved ten times in the last ten years, with tons of trips to Tahiti in between to visit my family. There is something about change and travel that forces you to grow. It showed me what a small part of the world I occupied and opened my eyes to see the beauty in celebrating those different from me. My love for travel was born from a love for continuous growth: "A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.”
Life is moving so fast. My kids (Harvey, 9 & Jordy, 6) are always on the move... baseball practice, play-dates, snacks, backpacks, and homework. I realized when they were young that while toys and video games come and go, experiences were one of the greatest gifts I could give them.
